Little mistress - Return pickup is not happening

I had ordered from nykaa fashion few months ago..the dress did not fit.I raised the return pick up numerous times..it did not happen nor did the refund.
I mailed and called couple of times .Just no response from your end.
It is not a small amount and I wasted a lot of time on it.
If refund not processed soon I would resort to legal action.
