IstyleRight - Return pickup for my purchase has not been scheduled despite multiple messages

I have purchased dresses of rs ****, from istyleright Instagram store, I received the product but all product size doesn't fit, I ordered for large, but the size doesn't seem large and also received wrong product for one item.
Hence asked for return pickup in the insta chat to a different location I clearly mentioned the location address as well, but they have scheduled for my old address, and so I have asked for pickup for new location, but seems no response from the chat despite sending multiple message, no response at all, very poor customer service and my **** rs is lost.

Even if they had asked me to send the package to their location also I would have sent, but not even a single response. Worst store it is. I don't want anybody to lose money in this site. So please close this stores in insta
