House of Kieraya Limited - Return Pickup Delay Furlenco UNLMTD

I had purchased Furlenco's UNLMTD subscription in Sept **** and have been renewing it annually since then. One of the main features of UNLMTD subscription was relocation support provided by Furlenco in case of change of address during the subscription period. However, when I contacted them for this service as I had to move into a new apartment, they simply denied this service saying that they no longer provide this support. Due to this inconvenience and deficiency in service, I decided to end my subscription with Furlenco on *rd April **** and get the refund for the remaining months (as I had paid for their flexi cancellation refund service). I was told that all the items (* x Dining table, * x Chairs, * x Washing Machine, * x Fridge, * x TV, * x Queen Size Bed) will be picked up on **th April ****. The same was displayed on their app, confirmed multiple times over call as well as on email by their support team. But, on the day of pickup nobody contacted me and no contact details were shared with me to coordinate the pickup. Now, I'm stuck with all the furniture and appliances. I have to move out of the flat on **th April and the landlord will charge me extra rent if the apartment is not vacated on time. I have informed Furlenco that I'll not be liable for any damage to their furniture and appliances if the return pickup is not arranged promptly as scheduled on **th April. I'm seeking compensation from Furlenco for the remaining period of my subscription and the extra rent to be paid to the apartment owner, a total amounting to ~***** INR.
