Meesho - Return Pickup Cancelled Refund Pending

Hello Voxya Team,
I had ordered total ** unique design tshirts from Meesho, across * orders from * single account. Meesho's supplier sent ** identical design tshirts out of **. (i.e. ** identical sets)
Out of the rest ** tshirts, I selected * good quality+fitting tshirts & informed Meesho team about the same via call+email+app, they said to place a return for the same (**tshirts) on the same day I received delivery of the order. They collected ** tshirts & then cancelled the return request for the rest **tshirts & blocked my account. Currently I'm stuck with **tshirts, can't access my account and they are refusing to get the tshirts picked or refund my money, saying that their team itself is unable to access my blocked account. I have all the ** tshirts intact with the packaging + original labels + tags. The * days return period ends on **th May ****. They have processed the refund for only ** of the ** tshirts that they have received. So total **tshirts money is stuck. Please help me to avail my refund of INR****. Instead of taking action against the supplier, they are trying to cheat me of my money.
