Bartan store s - Return pickup cancelled continuously

I have ordered non stick dosa tawa an received my order on *nd of may of which received with worst quality and i have raised return request on *th may which got accepted and they cancelled it by themself and again when i called customer care no response after so many efforts they accepted my req for return again and raised a request on *th of may again they cancelled my return request now again u raised a request for return which is not accepted till now its getting into my nerves as its more than **days...
