Meesho - Return picked up but money not refunded

Hello this is regarding my meesho
Order #****************** ordered with registered number **********.
I raised a return request for the product and product was picked up on **th August. At ** th august night I accidentally cancelled the request after pickup was done . My product also gone and my money also .Theur customer care is not helping me in any way plus they are very unprofessional and unpolite.
Please look into this and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
