ajio shadow fax delievery - return picked up and and saying product is with me

I have ordered a kurthi from ajio and received the product on *rd May. due to size issue I return request for the product on may *th on the same day within **min delivery executive from shadow fax contacted me and picked up the product and left with my product on the same day the delivery executive again contacted me and said that did I again requested for any return request he got another request from my end and said that some other fake id is creating trouble no issues with the return and refund would be initialized by **th of May and on **th of may I filed a complaint on this issue and ajio replied me with issue solved by doing nothing . on top of these, all its showing in the order that the product is with me and do I need to return or exchange as fresh order delivered product.this is completely irritating. Trust issues with ajio is the very worst thing to face
