Alsace Lorraine - Return picked but refund not received

I ordered * sweatshirts however did not like the quality and filed return. The same was picked on *th Feb however it is not updated in AJIO app. I received a msg as well as a notification of receiving the return order. Till date , order doesn’t show pick up as return and have not received the refund . Kindly help in getting my money back
