Meesho - Return package picked up but no update and no refund or replacement received

I ordered a kurti set with palazo and dupatta from meesho but that didn't fit well so I requested for replacement on **th it got picked up I even received a call from the return pickup boy and at night I again received a msg that it'll get picked up tomorrow and in the morning I got a msg that the request has been cancelled like how?? After your pickup boy already collected that I still got such msgs then I complaint on meesho as well but they said that it is not picked up now I don't have the product which was ill fitted neither the refund nor I'll receive the product. Please either refund the whole Amount of *** or give me the product back.
