MEESHO - return package not delivered and products are changed for cheap products

Meesho is cheating suppliers, They are creating fake orders with Cash on Delivery options. I am from Chhatisgarh (Raipur)

They have given option that if product is changed by customer or courier they will provide claim.

But instead of providing claim they ask supplier to provide same details and fill form again and again and reject their claim.

They have mentioned in their condition that if courier is tampered or feel product different, do not receive the product. But if we dont receive. Neither we are getting product nor claim. Claims are rejected and they create loss to suppliers by either changing costly product to cheap products or not giving return and torturing suppliers by asking them to do same work again and again . Please help me . I have send video also of change of my costly product ,by cheap product , but they rejected this claim. Second order also they replaced the item .when I did not received this they
did not returned my product neither money. They are harassing suppliers.
