Chumbak - Return package isn t picked up since june and Chumbak is not refunding my money

I ordered a wallet from Chumbak which was torn and I filed a return request on **th june. I have called the customer executive named Neha * times in the span of *-* days and she keeps saying that it will be picked up in *-* days. There is no communication from the delivery guy and my refund is being kept for so many days when it's no fault of mine. They will not even solve the issue and not even pay me my refund back.
