I have ordered cycle for my daughter.
The size I received was small for her so i had returned it. It was picked up by the courier company after quality checking.
Decathalon is saying that they received the defective product and they will not be giving refund. So i requested them to send back the product in whatever condition it is as i want to donate it.
They are not sending back the product for which i have paid.
I have mailed them and called on helpline for almost more than ** times
