Messo App - Return of wrong product not taken

I had ordered combo shirt pack of * & I have received only * then during exchange courier ask about two shirt for exchange & said to me give any damage wrong shirt then only exchange is possible, then I have given to him one more shirt from my old collection.After that exchange will approved after that I have got exchanged product which is totally different from my real ordered,even I have made video of unpacking it .Now they tell me about qc & non qc after * times my return will not taken by courier. They lost my time & money both I want serious action should be taken for that act of messo app ,they were totally doing wrong with their costumer.
