Ecom Courier Service - Return of theft phone

I would like to report a fraudulent transaction made through UPI ID ***********@okbizadmin, associated with a person claiming to be from a courier service.

My mobile phone was stolen in February ****. On ** March ****, I received a call from an unknown person who claimed that they had found my lost phone and would return it via courier. They requested payment for courier charges.

Trusting the caller, I transferred money via UPI to the above-mentioned ID. However, after receiving the payment, the person has now switched off their phone and is no longer reachable. It is clear that this was a fraudulent act.

I request you to:
*. Investigate this fraudulent transaction immediately
*. Block the mentioned UPI ID to prevent further scams
*. Initiate a refund of the amount if possible
*. Take strict action against the offender

I have been a victim of cyber fraud and request urgent assistance in this matter.
