Sir, I visited Goa for holidays from ** to ** Dec **. My return journey was promised by traveler through Volvo bus from Goa to Pune. When he booked seats in non AC bus, I requested him but he denied to book in volvo. I requested him to cancel seats and refund my money I will manage myself for return journey. He never refunded my bus fare for return journey. His WhatsApp No is ********** and voice call No is **********. I stayed Goa in Oliva Resorts and booking No was ****, room No ***.
