Myntra On Line Shopping - Return of package

I have ordered men's black sneakers through Myntra online shopping on ** Dec ****. Initially the delivery of order was delayed by * days without any proper information. Then when I finally got my product I found that the product was not as expected so I thought of returning and placed a return request on ** of Jan **** which hasn't been picked up till now.i got the number of pickup person but when I called him to know when he will come to pick up the product he was not responding to my call. I have tried reaching them through customer care initially my call was not connected later they assured that the work will be done by some specified date but same happened twice and for the third time I even filed a complaint but they said that they will take necessary action within **hrs but there is no response from them and I have contacted them for * times on the specified date which they have given me assuring my return delivery but they are doing the same. So being tired I am complaining here
