IndiFlash mart - Return of my product redmi tab

I buyed redmi tab from Flipkart and the sellar was indiFlash mart.(one of the worst seller). After receiving the product I felt it's seems used and the camera quality is too poor also the tab getting heat also the charging is too late. Although it's fast charging tab. And I raised consern that I need to return this product. But Flipkart slightly flip away saying u r seller is responsible for that they r not. And ask seller to return this product they are not responding yet. It's very shame to Flipkart to maintain such basters to sell the products and making the fools to all the customers.
