Fifla - Return of my product

Hi team,

I’m trying to return a * products from an order ID: FN********** for product please reference the below attached screenshot.
I had placed return few days ago and I have been informed that it will be picked up on **th December and when I check today it show return has been cancelled what on earth is wrong with you guys this not the first time I’m facing issues with return please please ask your delivery partner to reach out to me
Even when this order has to delivered to me I freaking ran behind the xressbee to call me and stop doin fake updates on delivery product where they had mentioned saying they have tried to delivered the product by they didn’t even call back once all was fake updates

Please I want to return these * product from my order please please ask them to pick it up now the new date is **th of December and the last date is to return was **th I don’t know how it got cancelled for **th return.
