Dear Adidas Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent return. On * February **, I submitted a return request for the order # AIN******** that I had purchased from your website. The return was eligible for a full refund as per your return policy.
However, it has been more than ** days since I submitted the return request, and there has been no update from your end. I have tried contacting your customer service multiple times, but have not received a satisfactory response.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the delay in the return process. I have been a loyal Adidas customer for many years and have always appreciated the quality of your products. However, this experience has left me questing the level of customer service provided by your company.
I request to look into this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the status of my return. I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this issue.
