I placed an order though the website www.shopforaurelia.com. i didn't like the quality of the product so I initiated a return and asked for refund on **th Nov. Today is **th Nov and till date I didn't receive any information from their side. When I tried to contact the customer care they always ask me to enter my order details and will reply that they will sort it out within **hrs. Still they haven't. Please help me get my refund. So disappointing.
