I ordered many sarees for my mom. Keeping the one's we liked, i initiated the return for * sarees within * days of receiving the product ie on *th April ****. I got message on April **th saying those will be picked up on that day but I don't see anyone came for pick up and later I got message saying those were not picked up that day. After that I don't see anything happened on that regards and didn't get an update yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
