Only - Return not picked up after 20 days

I'm trying to return a product since its small for me from April ** .I get a code and message that it will be picked up and it gets cancelled .No attempt is made to collect the order
This repeated * /* times .Each time I had to talk to customer support of Nykaa
Yesterday I was told Nykaa is arranging for a manual pick up ..Today I got a message saying that also is cancelled
I'm sure Nykaa is involved in it .Trying to cheat clients .Pathetic service offered to clients .I need my refund back .I will fight tooth n nail .
