Savana By Urbanic and Delhivery - Return not picked up

I've filed a return on the app by following the basic process. No one comes to pickup the return order and they show that the consignee was unavailable which is not true no one calls or even informs before coming and no one actually Comes to pickup. And show failed attempts every time.
