I would like to return my watches back as they are fake and they are lightweight. I received my order after one month and when I opened I was very disappointed. I would like to return my order and want my money back. I tried to contact to the Louis Constantin company but they aren't responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
