I purchased an elliptical trainer which I didn't use because of surgery and raised a request for a return. The representative called after a week that they will contact and pick it up. Till now no reply from them. I have emailed several times but no reply received. I also tried contacting on the phone. I have tried with the chat but no result.
My advice to everyone don't buy anything from this fraud company. They only show class in the store, after the purchase they are a total fraud.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
