I ordered maroon cotton printed kurti for women size: xl, qty:*, order date :**th september **** through online payment which got delivered on **th sept **** and on unboxing I found that cloth material is not cotton as well as did not fit the size so I immediately requested return, having * days return window but the company did not accept it as well as did not respond until now and extended the response to end the return window, I even mailed and messaged on required no. on WhatsApp but there was no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
