Stilento - Return not initiated inspite of sending an email on the same day of Receipt of product

I had sent an email on the same day of receipt of products to initiate the return because it did not fit me. They did not respond to the e-mail. Since I got no response I called them to enquire about the request and they gave me a lame excuse of not calling them in * days time instead of mailing. This is a fraudster company. Please do not place any orders with this company
