Kafzudio - Return not accepted

A dress was bought on *th June **** from "Kafzudio" website (https://kafzudio.com/). The dress bought was - (https://kafzudio.com/products/beautiful-graceful-women-kurta-sets). As mentioned in the product page, the product is returnable within * days of delivery date. They also confirmed return is available if needed via whatsapp and after receiving the product the payment was done via COD. When I asked to return the product, they said they'll proceed with the * days return policy, however, no actions has been taken from their end yet. Furthermore, they are also not communicating with me. I'm attaching all the evidence I have. Please look into this at your earlier convenience. Any help from your side would be greatly appreciated.
