I purchased a Sketra Smart Run treadmill through the company’s website under a No Cost EMI payment option on *th May,**** which was delivered on *th May,**** After delivery, the product was only unpacked and placed in my room for inspection purposes and has not been used at all. However, due to space constraints, the treadmill has made the room largely inaccessible for normal movement and practical use. I also experienced issues with the folding functionality of the treadmill. I contacted the company requesting a return as the product remains completely unused and in original condition. However, the company refused the request citing a “No Return on EMI Orders” policy. I would like to respectfully submit the following concerns: At the time of purchase, the website prominently displayed: *. “* Days Replacement Policy” *. Product replacement options *. After-sales support information However, there was no clear or prominent disclosure stating that products purchased under No Cost EMI would become completely non-returnable. The alleged restriction appears only as a small line buried within detailed policy text and was not sufficiently highlighted before purchase. Such an important limitation affecting consumer rights should have been clearly and prominently disclosed during checkout/payment selection. The product is completely unused and in the same condition as delivered. I am fully willing to bear all applicable expenses including: *. EMI processing/foreclosure charges *. GST charges *. Shipping and pickup charges *. Repacking charges I am only requesting a fair and reasonable resolution considering the genuine practical difficulty faced after delivery and the lack of adequate upfront disclosure regarding the no-return restriction. I therefore request intervention and assistance in facilitating: *. Acceptance of return and refund after deduction of applicable charges OR *. Any fair consumer resolution deemed appropriate.
