India Rush - Return money not credited to account and no updates and not receiving calls

I had ordered a yellow anarkali Kurti order id no *********.on delivery the product was not up to expected so we requested for return.After return the amount had to be credited to my India Rush account which has not been done and on calling the helpline for many days it's always busy and no calls have been returned back.This leaves us helpless to look forward to you for help.
