Insane shell - Return issue

On April ** I had placed an order of a Tshirt from the company Insane Shell. They delivered it to me on may ** a whole * weeks after placing my order which was a red flag. After receiving my order not only their product was deceptive it was also damaged and not the right size. I had requested for a return and even sent a mail. I have been pleading for a refund since the last week. Not only they are not resolving the problem they are not even taking accountability, Note i have followed every step of their return policy but still no response. I have had enough of such companies deceiving their customers.
