I recently buy a product from the woodland (Aero Club) Pvt. Limited the return policy was applicable for ** days. After receiving the product i did not like the design of the sandal ,so i initiated the return policy but when I open the website the return option was not available there after that I called on the customer care number but they did not pic my call at least one hour continuesly i also mail the brand but they did not reply. How could thay do this with customers. Is this is the way of their business.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
