Hangup - Return got rejected

I ordered one blazer of Hangup company sold by BGN Apparels . It got delivered on *st Feb I was at hostel at that time . I reached my Home on *th Feb and opened it . It looked used with some white stains on it and I tried it for few minutes and it was not fitting to my size and also not looking that good which was shown in image so I decided to return it. I returned it on *th Feb itself after * days I got mail that my return is rejected and it reshipped to my address . I claim my complain on myntra customer care via phone and also via written complain for *-* times and each time they said product is used for * days so ur return is rejected . But it was already used when I got in the first place. I have a ticket as a proof that I reached my Home at *th and I returned it on *th so how can I use it in a one day . So I want to return this item and want my refund back from myntra / company
