Diya jewellery - return exchange was shown on website but its a fruad

I have ordered a piece of jewelry, they showed return is available but after receiving the product it is a fake not even worth ** rupees, but i payed ****, i contacted seller to his number, he didn't answer then I sent a message to him saying that I understand that you are a fraud he cut my call I kept calling him then he switched of the mobile. please help me with the return process
