I ordered shoes from this new website called (https://www.crownos.in) and made sure that they have a return policy because shoes size is something which varies from brand to brand.
It was clearly mentioned that they have a return/exchange policybased on which i ordered the product.
On receiving the product the size didn't fit and i immediately raised a return request. It's been ** days now, no process or no revert back has been given by the company.
The customer service number on their website is also switched off.
It's a fraud company.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
