Flipkart Internet Private Limited - Return done but not recieved any confirmation or refund

First of all i recieved a fake woodland shoes from flipkart , Box was woodland but shoes in that was some other brand , It was like a copy of original woodland as there was not any woodland marking on there and it was of a diffrent brand . I requested for the pickup about * times but they just cancel my request everytime , lastly picked it from my adress on **.**.**** but they show cancell my request and did not confirm me return picked up and said to me now you will not get any think no product and no refund.They have accepted on customer support that they picked my product but courier personal is threating me that you have lost your money and customer support team is just giving me a date of * more days to wait . Its such a pathetic service as its too much time and i have lost my hard earned money due to this and no one is contacting me they are just making me fool ! Please help me to get my refund to me.
