Meesho - Return delivery pick up but refund not initiated

I have raised return for my order delivery partner has declined the pick up * times for the *rd time i have re initiated the pickup he picked up the delivery but at end i have got the message that delivery has been cancelled. I have raised complaint with meesho they told me to wait for * -* days now its been month but still i haven't got my refund or not any resolution from meesho team. After every * * days i am calling customer care but getting every time same response that it will be resolved in * * days. As delivery boy havent provided any pickup slip that is not my fault. If it is your police that for every return pick delivery boy should provide return slip then he should provide the same. I dont even know his name nor his contact where can i find him.They are your delivery partner you should deal with them. *rd class service provided by meesho and very disappointed with this type of service. If i have to deal with delivery partner and all then why should i have to order from you.
