levis jeans - Return cancelled abruptly

It was a terrible experience with tata cliq. Product sent to me was not correct. I put that across when returning the product and instead of verifying back with me tata cliq cancelled my return request. I made the mistake of trusting the process and did not check if i had received a refund so i finally got to know quality check failed because tata cliq sent me the wrong product. I directly got to know when more than ** days later the product was sent back to me. When i called the customer care they refused to do anything because by the time the product was sent back the date was beyond the allowed processing time. But truly a bad experience and i find Myntra hugely reliable in comparison. I will certainly stop purchasing from tata cliq.
