Online kurti store - Return Canceled

I have purchased on duppata set from meesho. I received wrong product and completely different product. I requested to return back with proper reason of wrong product received but they by themselves set that quality issue. Originally there is issue of wrong item. And the product have * days return policy but today is *nd day and executives harshly refused to return the product. They are saying that system is approving the quality. If system doesnot approve the quality which received from meesho then how should i?
