I have purchased one mobile hand set bearing Model No.Le * bearing Serial No.*************** but the same was not functioning properly for that I had sent the same to Authorised Service Centgre at Guwahati, Assam, Netsol Associates, Opp. Nemcare Hospital, Nilgiri Mansion, Ground Floor, Bhangagarh, Guwahati - ****** (Assam), Phone No. of the Service Centre is ****-******* and Mobile No. is ********** vide Job sheet No.******-**, dated **.**.****. Copy of the attachment in support of my claim.
