Sneap Deal - Return and refund of Symphony cooler 35 Ltr

I bought a symphony ** LTR cooler from sneapdeal com. Order date ** Jun ** and delivery date ** Jun **. But when I switch on cooler for use I observed that it is not cooling a small room and some time move at low speed and after some time speed increase. Overall I was not satisfied with the cooler quality and efficiency. So I raised a request to sneapdeal for return and refund. But they are not doing same and just reply with a single sentence "we are unable to initiate return and refund." I tried to call customer care but IVR has no option to talk with executive.I mentioned in email but not received any call. Then I sent email copy to grievances officer and I received a call back with same reply. They are telling your problem is genuine but they are unable to return.
So I request you to look into matter and do needful for return and refund of cooler because it's not provide sufficient cooling.
