Hi,
I am writing here for my complaint which I have returned my Boat Rockerz *** Bluetooth headphone due to Powe on failure issue. I have registered this complaint on D. **.**.**** then Boat delivery partner collected the product for repair purpose. Then after few days I got mail from support@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com on D.**.**.**** in that mail have mentioned that they will deliver me upgraded product " Rockerz *** V*" due to production challenges.
The story isn't over yet,
I have sent mail to support@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com for my delivery status many times but till now I didn't get any response from their side.
I am very disappointed for this issue.
Please support and share this with all to avoid fraud by Boat.
