KSRTC Kerala - Reservation rules for women passenger

Respected sir or madam,
I really don't know the point of informing or complaining about the negligence or pointless talk of conductor and the attitude fellow passengers. While traveling from Kottayam to trupunithura, RSSe *** bus, KL ** A**** bus reserved seat from * to ** and from ** onwards which was full with men. And I asked conducter and he said actually * to * only reserved others are just name sake. So I don't know the point of reservations then. First I was sitting seat no * and enquired and he said not booked then later a person came with booked ticket status. So what exactly they check. It's above all the attitude as well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the inconvenience and negligence I experienced while traveling from Kottayam to Tripunithura on the RSSe *** bus (KL ** A ****) at *:** AM.
The bus had reserved seats from * to ** and from ** onwards—all of which were occupied by male passengers. When I asked the conductor about women’s reserved seats, he replied that only seats * to * are actually reserved and the rest are “just name-sake.” If that is the case, I am unable to understand the purpose of marking so many seats as reserved.
Initially, I was seated in seat number *. The conductor told me it was not booked, but later another passenger arrived with a confirmed reservation for the same seat. This raised a serious concern about how reservations are being checked or enforced.
Above all, the conductor’s attitude was extremely disappointing. His remark, “You may sit in my seat, I cannot ask anyone else to move,” was unprofessional and insensitive.
In this context, I would like to know the official KSRTC rules regarding women’s reserved seats, and how these rules are expected to be implemented in services like RSSe. I need guidance.
