As I have ordered the item
Due to inconvenience I couldn't receive the ordered item
Can you please resend the item

I was out of town when the courier guy called me.
Please resend as I have already paid the amount.
When I track my order it shippiment delivered it is showing.. I have sent an email as well as sent SMS on WhatsApp too but there is no response from your side.. please respond to my query
