Sir,
I have booked a flight ticket from ahmwdabad to gauhati for ** march ****, but due to luckdown, flight was cancelled. I have made this ticket by Paytm. My PNR no is WJWGHZ and the ticket was done for Indigo *E. Thery have not returned the money to my paytm wallet or my account from which money was deducted for booking the flight. They said it will be with Indigo for further booking. But there is no option from Paytm Or Indigo for reuse the money. I know for Covid-** staff of call centre reduced. But they are not reply to my mail. Whether I go to Indigo site, it shows reschedule your flight. But when I enter my PNR, it shows the service is not availe for the PNR. in Paytm site there is no option of reschedule. I mailed the customer support several times. They replied finally on * st April night that give us the new flight details for reschedule your journey. But till now I have not get any ticket or reply. I want make the ticket for **th April **** for GAYATREE SAIKIA. But still now I am helpless. Daily ticket fair increesing. Also it shows in Indigo site that I can only reschedule the flight for same flight service company and same passanger name.
Please do the needful at the earliest. So that I can get a ticket for same date on behalf of my reserved money at Indigo *E.
