mmt make my trip - Reschedule and Cancellation even 27 hours before departure was charged

I booked a cab from Ramnagar to Delhi scheduled to start at * PM on **th Dec ****. On *th Dec at around * PM I tried to reschedule the time of pick up but the app asked fresh booking charge of Rs. ***/- . It was against the promised free change of time within * hours from the departure.. I was re-scheduling more than ** hours in advance. Then I cancelled the booking but the app showed that my initial booking charges Rs. ***/- is NOT refundable. It is against the policy of MMT that cancellation is free within * hours prior from the departure.
