Sir, i was made a payment to nobroker ******rs for resale property token advance on **/**/**** based on his refund terms and condition which was received through mail. Property ID: ND-******* and Payment ID is: pay_QONEqJZfegDsly. after payment nobroker relationship manager Manjunathan not pick my calls and he missed to submit property patta document with in ** days and several time of follow up through nobroker customer care no *********** he is asked again time duration for * months. based on his request i wait till july **st, afterthat i ask refund for several time through phone call and mail but he is not responding till **th aug ****. finally nobroker team called me on **/**/**** and inform he couldn't refund the amount even though he is not provide patta copy document. so, kindly arrange my *lakh rs as soon as possible from nobroker.
