Dmart India - Require service station address

I purchased a Torch, may be before Two years so I don't want free replacement or even free of cost repairs.
I Only want their Service Station Address as its their own product, so as to get same repaired at my cost.
After my Email comlaint, they are asking irrelevant details like order no. which is impossible to trade at my end as I am their regular Customer purhasing many productsostly per week.
