Gobibo Com - Request to Flight refund

Good morning,

I'm Maniyarasu, and I've booked a flight ticket through your agency for a short vacation. Unfortunately, my visa category has been changed from multiple entry to single entry, which doesn't allow me to re-enter Qatar. Due to this unforeseen circumstance, I'm requesting to cancel my flight ticket.

I've attached the necessary documents, including my old and new visa copies, and a medical fitness checkup form. I chose the medical emergency option, but I don't have all the required documents as my situation doesn't fit the typical medical emergency criteria.

I've already sent the attachments, but they weren't accepted, and I'm yet to receive my refund. The airline has already refunded the amount to your agency, but I'm yet to receive it.

Could you please assist me in getting my refund and cancelling my ticket? I'd appreciate your help in this matter.
