Storytv - Request refund unexpected charge during trial period from story tv

I downloaded the Story TV app after seeing an offer that I understood to include a one-month free trial. Based on this understanding, I enabled auto-renewal/payment. However, my account was charged after only three days instead of the expected one-month trial period.
I contacted the company's customer support promptly and requested a refund, explaining that the charge occurred much sooner than I understood from the offer. I believe the trial terms were unclear or misleading to me as a consumer.
I am requesting a refund of the charged amount and a review of the subscription/trial information presented to users so that billing terms are clearly disclosed before payment authorization.
